This is technically named "All Wars Museum" which contains artifacts from the Revolotionary War to the present. Located on the huge campus of the Illinois Veterans' Home, this museum displays many tools, weapons and awards . It is well attended by students in the area when they are studying or reading novels about a specific time during American history.
You can see reflections of people in the door as well as a sign which reads "This Place Matters" And indeed it does!
