This unusual barn is hexagonal with a three story peak in the center. Located near Iowa City, Iowa, it has lovingly been restored to use for weddings and ther social gatherings. When one walks inside of this barn, it is impossible to look upward to see the light coming in from the small cupola. The rustic scene promotes a great atmosphere for innovative, artsy wedding ideas.
Its main floor has various room-like areas to browse through, with all six walls covered with rustic farm tools. The second floor is a huge area with room for guests to dine and dance. It is indeed a lovely place for a wedding and a lovely image to own!

What a lovely red barn and unique too! Round or octagonal barns are a rarity these days, so seeing one of these vintage barns is a treat.

Hi Pamela, love this red barn - octagonal and round barns are fairly rare these days. Maybe one or two in WI still in existence some years ago. It is so wonderful that this one is restored and used for weddings! Beautiful photograph - love it! Best regards, Sharon
